Are you an anxious person who wants to become more confident, outgoing and comfortable in social situations? There are many reasons to have hypnotherapy, and I would like to try and help you. This isn't of course an exhaustive list, and I am able to offer hypnotherapy to help with a wide range of changes that you wish to make.
I have a diploma in hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming as well as a BSc(Hons) in Psychology. I am a fully certified member of the NCH, UKHC and practice an evidence-based style of hypnotherapy which often combines hypnosis with scientifically backed therapeutic techniques.

Constructing treatment plans for you
Most people can benefit from hypnotherapy. But no two people are the same. That's exactly why when you decide to work with us, you will not just be given hypnotherapy in sessions. In order to help you to make the most of your time with us, we will work with you to discuss your preferences and get to know you so that together, we can construct a fully bespoke treatment plan that suits you, and continues to be in place between sessions to help you to make change 24/7. We take pride in teaching self-hypnosis as part of these plans, so that both between sessions, and when we have finished working together, you will have new skills to practice and improve on that can be used for a plethora of different applications. After all, at Piper Therapy Services, we see hypnosis as a teachable, learnable and improvable skill, which means that almost anybody can do it. You can learn more about how we see hypnosis here.
